FISH BURGER

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces of Kılıç Basses or 3 pieces of Kılıç Breams
- 1 large onion
- A half cluster of parsley
- 5-6 slices worth of bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 dessert spoon of powdered red pepper
- 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
- Salt, black pepper
For service:
- 4 pieces of burger buns
- Lettuce leaves, red onion, tomato, ketchup, mayonnaise
How to make
Fillet the fish and remove the fish bones. Mince onion, parsley and fish meat in a rondo. Take the mixture into a bowl, add bread crumbs, egg, salt and seasonings and knead. Leave the mixture to rest for 20-25 minutes. Break off large pieces and shape these into the burger patties by hand. Fry these patties on a non-stick pan with a little oil or in a toaster. Serve hot between burger buns.
