Crispy Fish Pastry

Chop the fish fillets, onion and parsley in a food processor. Add salt and black pepper and mix. Cut the phyllo dough sheets into strips about 4 fingers wide and 1.5 hand spans long. Put about 1 spoon of fish filling to the end and wrap by folding into a triangular shape. Fry in hot oil and serve hot.

  • 2 gilthead sea bream fillets
  • Half a bunch parsley
  • 1 onion
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 2 fresh phyllo dough sheets
  • Plenty of vegetable oil for frying
