Spicy Grilled Sea Bass

Set the oven to 200 degrees and preheat. Lightly oil the oven tray. Mix olive oil, salt and spices in a bowl. Arrange the sea bass fillets side by side on the oiled tray. Brush with the spiced oil and cook at 200 degrees for 10–12 minutes and serve hot. Optionally, serve on lightly fried thin bread slices.

  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
