Fish Pasta
Boil the pasta in salted boiling water for 12 minutes. While the pasta is boiling, remove the skins and bones of the fish fillets. Cut into finger shapes. Boil the broccoli in boiling water for 3 minutes and remove. Cut the pepper and zucchini julienne. Heat 2 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons olive oil in a pan, add the fish and sauté over high heat for 3-4 minutes by shaking the pan. Sprinkle salt and black pepper and remove to a plate. In the same pan, sauté the broccoli, pepper and zucchini with very little oil. Drain the pasta and mix with the sautéed vegetables and fish. Serve hot.
