Turkish Salmon Skewer

In a bowl, combine the juice of half a lemon, olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to prepare the marinade. Dice the Turkish salmon into cubes. Add them to the marinade and mix well. Cover and let rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Remove from the refrigerator after resting. Thread the Turkish salmon, peppers, and tomatoes onto skewers in alternating order. Grill or barbecue and serve hot.

  • 1 fillet of Turkish salmon
  • 1 tomato 
  • 1 yellow bell pepper

For the marinade:

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
