Citrus Sauce Rainbow Trout
Combine orange, lemon, and tangerine juice in a bowl. Add olive oil, honey, garlic, salt, and black pepper, then whisk. Place the rainbow trout in a baking dish and pour half of the citrus sauce over it. Arrange lemon and orange slices around it, cover with foil, and bake at 190°C for 15 minutes. Then spread the remaining sauce over the fish and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Serve hot.
