Sea Bass in Papillote
Set the oven to 200 degrees and preheat. Wash and dry the vegetables. Peel the onion. Slice all into thin round slices. Place one sea bass into each greaseproof paper and put 1 bay leaf into the mouth part. Lightly salt and oil the inside and outside. Place one slice of lemon, onion and tomato under and over the fish and close the paper like a package. Place on an oven tray and cook at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
