Baked Rainbow Trout

Place the rainbow trout on a baking sheet. Arrange the potatoes, mushrooms, and broccoli on one side of the sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and spices. Bake for 20–25 minutes and serve hot.

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 500 g broccoli
  • 3–4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Red pepper flakes
