Fish in Salt
Set aside 2 cups of rock salt. Place the remaining rock salt in a bowl. Add the egg whites and knead well. Place the 2 cups of rock salt you set aside in a baking tray. Place the fish in the tray with the belly side down. Cover it with the kneaded rock salt. Bake in a preheated 280°C oven for 45 minutes. After removing from the oven, break the salt crust. Remove the skin from fish, slice it, and place it on a serving plate. Optionally, drizzle the sauce you prepared with olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic over it. Serve hot.
