Bluefin Tuna Sashimi

Salt the fish slices well. Squeeze the lemon juice over the fish. Add olive oil until it covers the fish and weigh it down with a plate. Turn the fish slices over every 24 hours and remove from the marinade after 3 days. Serve in thin slices.

  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • Salt
