Turkish Salmon with Pesto Sauce

Lightly toast the walnuts in a pan. Put the grated Kars graviera cheese, garlic, parsley, and toasted walnuts into a food processor. Add black pepper and a little olive oil. Turn on the food processor, gradually adding the remaining olive oil until the mixture thickens. Add salt and mix again. Sprinkle salt and black pepper all over the salmon. Bake in a 350°F oven for 5-6 minutes. After it has cooked a little, spread the pesto sauce on top and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Serve hot.

  • 4 pieces of Turkish salmon
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

For the pesto sauce:

  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 30 grams of walnut kernels
  • 100 grams of Kars gravyer cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
