Borek with Turkish Salmon
Cook the Turkish salmon and mash it with a fork. Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil. Combine the Turkish salmon with the sautéed onion and garlic. Add the cream and spices. Lay out the phyllo dough sheets, place the filling inside, and roll them up. Brush the tops with egg yolk and bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 25–30 minutes.
