Oven-Baked Turkish Salmon with Potatoes and Asparagus
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel, wash, and thinly slice the potatoes. Trim and clean the tough part of the asparagus. Place the potato slices in a single layer on a baking tray. Season with salt and black pepper, drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil, and mix well. Place the asparagus over the potatoes. Season again with salt and black pepper and drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Place the Turkish salmon slices on top of the asparagus. Bake in the oven for approximately 25–30 minutes. After removing from the oven, garnish with lemon slices and serve.
