Clay Pot-Baked Sea Bass

Wash and dry the mushrooms, then slice them thinly. Cut the peppers into thin rings. Squeeze the juice of one lemon and cut the other into round slices. Cut the fish fillets into 2-3 finger-width pieces. Place the fillets into individual clay pots, one portion per person. Put the sliced mushrooms and peppers into a bowl, pour 4 tablespoons of olive oil and the juice of one lemon, mix like a salad, then distribute over the fish fillets. Add the lemon slices. Lightly sprinkle with salt and add a few whole black peppercorns. Add 2-3 spoons of water into each clay pot and cover with aluminum foil. Place the pots on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200-220°C for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
