Grilled Sea Bass & Gilthead Sea Bream
Set the oven grill to 170°C and preheat, prepare the oven tray and grill rack. Make shallow cuts on the fish using the tip of a knife, oil the inside and outside, and lightly sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Place one bay leaf into the gill area of each fish and put them on the grill rack. Place the tray on the upper section close to the oven grill and cook for 15–17 minutes. Serve hot.
