Crispy Fish with Sesame
Cut the fish fillets into finger-thick strips. Place the flours in separate plates; add salt to the flour, and add sesame seeds and red pepper to the dry breadcrumbs, mixing well. Crack the egg into a plate and whisk thoroughly. Coat the fish first in flour, then in egg, and finally in the sesame breadcrumb mixture. Arrange on paper towels and let rest for 10 minutes after breading. Heat plenty of oil in a frying pan or prepare a deep fryer. Fry the breaded fish in hot oil until golden. Serve hot with fried potatoes. Optionally, serve over a green salad.
