Sea Bass Skewers

Rinse the wooden skewers under water, then dry them. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the peppers into square pieces. Slice the mushrooms thickly. Cut the sea bass fillets into slices 1–2 fingers thick. Mix all ingredients with salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Thread onto the skewers in the following order: one piece of red pepper, one slice of mushroom, one piece of sea bass, and one piece of green pepper. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the skewers on top. Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes and serve hot with onions, lemon, and fresh greens on the side.

  • 4 mushrooms
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 green Turkish (çarliston) peppers 
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, black pepper
