Fish Stroganoff

Cut the fish fillets into julienne strips. Slice the mushrooms. Slice the onion into thin half-rings. Heat olive oil in a deep pan and add the onions. Sauté until they become soft, then add the fish. Cook on high heat for 4-5 minutes, shaking the pan. Add the wine and let it be absorbed, then immediately sprinkle salt, rosemary, and a little black pepper. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté on high heat for another 2-3 minutes until the mushrooms are cooked. Finally, add the cream. Cook together with the cream for 1-2 minutes more and remove from heat. Serve hot.

  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
  • About 1 tea glass cream
  • 1 tea glass white wine
