Marinated Sea Bass

Cut the skinless fish fillets into pieces about two finger-widths. Place in a deep plate and add all the given ingredients and the chopped dill. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 6-8 hours. Remove the sea bass pieces from the marinade and, if you like, serve on lemon slices with toothpicks, or arrange directly on a serving plate.

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 3-4 sprigs dill
  • 1 tablespoon capers
