Oven Baked Lemon Fish

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Peel the onions and slice into thin rounds. Slice the lemons into rounds as well. Remove the skin from the sea bream fillets and cut into triangle pieces. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the fish, lemon, and onion slices alternately. Sprinkle the bay leaves randomly. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper. Place in the oven at 180°C and bake on the oven rack for 12-15 minutes. Serve hot.

  • A few sprigs fresh rosemary
