Potato Fish Croquettes

Mince the fish meat in a food processor. Mash the boiled potatoes and knead together with grated cheese, fish meat, egg, salt, black pepper, and fine breadcrumbs. Take small portions of the mixture and roll into small ball-shaped patties in the palm of your hand. Roll the patties in breadcrumbs placed on a tray. Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer and fry the croquettes until golden in color. You can serve hot, warm, or cold.

  • 1 egg
  • 50 g grated fresh kashar cheese
  • 2-3 tablespoons fine breadcrumbs
