Fish Sandwich

Remove the fillets from the fish and clean off the bones. Mince the onion, parsley, and fish meat through a food processor. Transfer to a bowl, add bread crumbs, egg, salt, and spices, and knead the mixture. Let the mixture rest for 20–25 minutes. Take large portions by hand and shape into burger patties. Grill in a lightly oiled non-stick grill pan or sandwich press and serve hot inside burger buns.

  • 4 sea bass or 3 sea bream
  • 1 large onion
  • Half a bunch parsley
  • 5-6 slices crumbled bread crumb
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon red ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

For serving:

  • 4 burger buns
  • Leaf lettuce leaves
  • Red onion, tomato, ketchup, mayonnaise
