PAPER WRAPPED BASS

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces of kılıç Basses
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 2 lemons
- 4 bay leaves
- Salt, black pepper, olive oil
- 4 pieces of grease-proof papers
How to make
Pre-heat the oven to 200 celcius degrees. Wash and dry the vegetables. Peel the onion. Cut all vegetables into thin, circular slices. Place one bass in each paper and place one bay leaf into the mouth of each bass. Slightly baste inside and outside with salt and oil. Place a lemon slice, onion and tomato under and over the fish and fold the paper into a Wrap. Place the wraps on the oven tray and cook for 15 minutes at 200 celcius degrees. Serve hot.
