  • 8 pieces of Kılıç Bass Fillets
  • 1 teacupful of bread crumbs
  • 1 teacupful of flour
  • Salt, powdered red pepper
  • 1 egg + 1 tablespoon of water
  • A half glass of oil for frying

How to make

Put the flour mixed with 1 teaspoonful of salt in a flat plate and bread crumbs mixed with 1 teaspoonful of powdered red pepper into another flat plate. Whip 1 egg with 1 spoonful of water in another bowl. Remove the fish skins off the fillets by a filleting knife. First, roll the fish in the flour. Then, roll them in the egg. And finally, roll both sides in the bread crumbs. Slowly immerse the breaded fish into the heated oil and immediately turn down the heat. Cook on low heat until both sides becomes pink, then remove the fish onto a piece of paper towel. Serve hot with parsley, red pepper or boiled potato slices.
