  • 4 pieces of Kılıç Bream Fillets
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 50 gr grated fresh cheese
  • 2-3 teaspoons of bread crumbs
  • Salt, black pepper

How to make

Mince the fish meat in a rondo. Mash the boiled potatoes and then add grated cheese, fish, egg, salt, black pepper and bread crumbs and knead. Take small pieces from the mixture and shape them into small balls by hand. Roll these balls in bread crumbs. Heat oil in a deep pan or deep fryer and immerse the balls in oil. Fry until they reach a golden colour and then remove them. Serve hot, warm or cold.
