Ingredients :

  • 4 pleces of cleaned whole Kılıç Basses or Kılıç Bream
  • 4 tablesspoons of olive oil
  • 4 pieces of bay leaves
  • Salt, black pepper

How to make

Pre-heat the oven to 170 celcius degrees. Prepare the oven tray and grill. Score thin cuts on the fish with the tipoff the knife. Lightly baste the fish with salt and black pepper inside and outside. Place a bay leaf in the gills of the fish and arrange the fish on the oven gril. Place the oven tray close to the grill and cook for 15 to 17 minutes. Serve hot.
