  • 4 pieces of Kılıç Bass Fillets
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt, black pepper
  • 3-4 branches of dill
  • 1 tablespoon of cappers

How to make

Skin off the bass fillet and cut them in 2 finger wide pieces. Put them on a deep plate and add all the other ingredients on them and add the minced dill. Cover it with stretch  Wrap and rest it for 6-8 hours in the fridge. You can take the bass pieces from the mixture and servet hem on lemon slices with toothpicks or you can just put them on the service plate.
